I’m trying to deploy fresh production changes and get blocked with:
“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added”
But my account’s own usage data shows no credits are actually exceeded:
- credits: { included: 300, used: 0 }
- plan_credits: 300
- usages_exceeded:
- configurable_limits_exceeded:
- sites_with_usage_exceeded:
The one flag that looks relevant is:
- in_operational_mode: true
This appears to be a stuck/stale flag — I received a grace top-up on 2026-09-04 and a fresh 300 free-plan credit grant on 2026-09-18, but in_operational_mode never reset even though the credit balance shows fully available and nothing else in the account shows as exceeded.
This matches other reports on this forum of the same issue (e.g. “Free plan: production deploys blocked by stale ‘credit usage exceeded’ flag — credits show 300/300 unused”).
Could someone manually clear the operational-mode flag on my account, or let me know what’s actually causing it to stay stuck? My next billing period doesn’t start until 2026-10-01, so I’d rather not wait two weeks if this is just a stuck flag.
