Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am a young student-entrepreneur starting a small greeting card webshop (team name: Cute and Usefull). Yesterday, I started using the Agent Runner for the very first time to connect Stripe Checkout.
To my shock, after asking literally just ONE question, my entire monthly allowance of credits was completely gone, and my account got paused.
The good news is that the Stripe checkout link itself is now working on my live site. However, because the Agent Runner was abruptly paused, I am stuck right before the finish line. I still need to configure the shipping rates for Belgium and block orders from other countries in my Netlify Function code. This is literally the very last step to make my website fully operational.
It is really frustrating to be completely blocked for a whole month after just one prompt as a beginner. Could a moderator please be so kind as to reset my credit flag or grant me a small temporary extension so I can finish this final configuration today?
