Form submissions have stopped arriving

We are not receiving any form submissions, either by email notifications or in the admin console. We had been receiving them previously, something has changed in the past month or so to prevent them from coming in.

Site name: olasdata-dev (https://staging.olasdata.org)
Form URL: OLAS (click the “Form” button to open the form)
Affected forms: join_network_personal and join_network_institutional.

We do not see any errors in the netlify build logs. We have tried removing the honey pot attribute that we had set up to prevent spam, but removing this has not helped.

Thanks for your help and advice on this!

Hi, @grayden. When the form is submitted, it is submitted to the root path of /. However, there is a redirect rule for that path:

[[redirects]]
  from = "/"
  to = "/es/"
  status = 301
  force = true

This redirect rule is kicking in before the form is processed and the form handler never sees the submission. There are two possible solutions:

a) Remove the redirect rule.

or:

b) Make the form submission path one that won’t redirect (like /es/).

If there are other questions or if this does not resolve the issue, please let us know.

Site name "( https://cafehopping.sg/ )
i am not update anything in it except posts. check what happened.

Hi @wliam4,

The domain doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify. I could be mistaken, and if I am, could you share the Netlify subdomain?

Thanks @luke.

Submitting the form to /es seems like the solution and I’m up and running again.

Best wishes,

Grayden
