# Form submissions aren't being detected

I don’t know why, but the contact form on my website won’t be detected. I’ve enabled form detection, deployed, and it’s permanently stuck on loading this section: `https://app.netlify.com/projects/essie-doula/forms#usage`

@davidvkimball Submission currently results in a `404`:

Your site appears to be a JavaScript powered SPA (Single Page Application):

I don’t see any form in the HTML of the page.

Ensure that you create a plain HTML version of the form, so Netlify can detect it.
