Our contact form has captured 5 verified (non-spam) submissions since 13 Jul 2026, all visible correctly in Project > Forms. The email notification rule is configured correctly (Project configuration > Notifications > Emails and webhooks > Form submission notifications: New form submission to info@cborn.com, any form).
However, none of the 5 notification emails has ever arrived. We have ruled out delivery/DNS problems on our end: info@cborn.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing, which is healthy and actively receiving other mail (47 messages in the last 30 days, confirmed via its Activity Log) but zero of those messages originated from Netlify. This means Netlify is not just failing to deliver the email, it appears to not be sending it at all, with no error surfaced anywhere in the dashboard.
This matches other reports on this forum of notification emails being silently dropped after an address is added to Netlify’s bounce/suppression list.
Request: please check whether info@cborn.com is on a suppression or hard-bounce list for our account/site, and clear it if so. Happy to provide submission timestamps or any other diagnostic info you need.
