Form: radio/checkbox group label wrong

I have a form like this:

<form ...>
  <fieldset class="Options">
    <legend class="FormLabel">I would like to subscribe to the guest magazine Der Andermatter:</legend>
    <div class="OptionInput"><input name="AboType" id="andermatter-AboType-0" type="radio" class="" value="1y-switzerland"><label for="andermatter-AboType-0" class="richtext">for one year (two issues) CHF 12</label></div>
    <div class="OptionInput"><input name="AboType" id="andermatter-AboType-1" type="radio" class="" value="1y-abroad"><label for="andermatter-AboType-1" class="richtext">for one year (two issues), mailing abroad CHF 24</label></div>

This radio group is now not correctly labelled in the form submission report. It’s labelled by the first input label instead of by the legend:

for one year (two issues) CHF 12: 1y-abroad

Link: Der Andermatter

Hiya, @skhv :wave:

Sorry you are having trouble getting your forms to work.

This Support Guide is the first port of call to debug any forms issues. Have you already given this a read and followed the troubleshooting steps? There are also many other Support Guides for forms - you can find them here: #Netlify-support:support-guides

We also recommend trying to search the forums or look at topics tagged Netlify forms if you haven’t already - it’s likely your question was already asked by someone else!

I appreciate that you included the link to your live form on your site in your post-- thanks for that! If you are still having problems, please provide the following additional information:

  1. The URL of your deployed html form. In case you have a javascript form, we need to literally be linked to the html version you’ve deployed, as mentioned above (look for “ pure javascript form ”)
  2. The form name that you’ve set and that shows in our UI
  3. Any errors or logs from the Netlify build logs, dashboard or browser developer console
  4. Description of anything you have tried that did or didn’t help or make things better/worse

Thank you!
