Netlify Forms shows as Active for plotrixx-pr-lead-application on a fresh site, but every submission — including a native, non-AJAX browser form POST to / — returns a 404. Reproduced identically across two separate fresh projects on this account, both drag-and-drop deployed with no _redirects/netlify.toml. This matches reports from other users on the Netlify support forum with the same symptom (form detected but POST 404s) on newly created sites.
