Hello,

I have set up a website built with React and I have a contact page with a form that doesn’t show up in Netlify Forms tab and I am not sure why. I used everything from the docs and did some more research but with no success.
In my code, I have added this:

Still with no luck.

Can you please help?

Thank you!

Hi @LauraApetroaei

Can you provide your site name so others can see what is happening. If you can also share your git repository, that would help too.

Hi,

Here is the website https://thesagergroup.netlify.app/
And this is the repo: https://github.com/LauraAp/thesagergroup

Thanks for helping!

Laura

Thanks @LauraApetroaei.

As per Work with JavaScript-rendered forms

Create a hidden HTML form with the data-netlify="true" attribute or a netlify attribute and input fields with name attributes to match the inputs of your JavaScript-rendered form.

It appears from your git repository you have not created such a hidden form, you have added these attributes to the JavaScript rendered form in src/pages/Contact.js. As mentioned in this support guide there is no requirement the page with this form in navigable. As I have done in this example repository, the file with the form needs to reside in the public directory so it is copied to the build directory, at which point Netlify can detect it.
