Form email notifications never dispatched — submissions captured fine, hooks show success: null

Site: sparkling-naiad-7a5ed0 (site id 92a1421c-6feb-4259-a6f2-758a56d6c3d8), custom domain adptree.com (https removed so I stay under the new-user link limit)

Our form estimate-request (form id 6a9864368ea70d00082648e6) captures submissions correctly — verified submissions appear in the dashboard and the spam filter works. However, no email notification has ever been sent for any verified submission.

What we’ve checked:

  • The email notification hooks for event submission-created (6a9864bfb3f3fd170cdbe214 → info@adptree.com, created 2026-09-02; 6a999118629c06b121a0467d → adplanddesign63@gmail.com, created 2026-09-03) still show success: null via the API after multiple verified submissions — they appear never to have fired.
  • To rule out a recipient-side problem we temporarily added a hook pointing at a plain Gmail address and sent two test submissions (numbers 8 and 9 on 2026-09-03, “Delivery Test — please ignore”): both were captured as verified, and no email arrived — not in inbox, not in spam. That temporary hook has since been removed.
  • MX records for the recipient domain are valid (adptree.com is on Google Workspace).
  • No relevant incident on netlifystatus.com.

Could you please check whether this site or either recipient address (info@adptree.com, adplanddesign63@gmail.com) is on your email suppression/bounce list, clear it if so, and confirm notification dispatch is working for this site? This is a small business’s only lead-capture form, so we’d really appreciate a quick look. Thanks!

Note: I have two Netlify accounts — lee@floravibes.app (owns the site) and leeturvey99@gmail.com. Both are mine; happy to verify ownership from either.
