Hello Netlify Team,
I opened support ticket #1035747 a few days ago regarding an accidental Pro plan renewal and failed payment.
I already contacted billing support and sent a follow-up reply, but I have not yet received an update. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could kindly review the ticket when possible.
My request is mainly to:

downgrade the account back to the Free plan,

cancel any pending Pro charges,

and confirm that my sites/account will remain active.
