Follow-up Request for Ticket #1035747 – Accidental Pro Plan Renewal

Hello Netlify Team,

I opened support ticket #1035747 a few days ago regarding an accidental Pro plan renewal and failed payment.

I already contacted billing support and sent a follow-up reply, but I have not yet received an update. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could kindly review the ticket when possible.

My request is mainly to:

  • downgrade the account back to the Free plan,

  • cancel any pending Pro charges,

  • and confirm that my sites/account will remain active.
