Folder Collections Media and Public Folder

Hi,

I work with Hugo, and I try to achieve this configuration Beta Features! | Netlify CMS | Open-Source Content Management System with this configuration in config.yml

local_backend: true
backend:
media_folder: /static/media
public_folder: /media

collections:
  - name: 'news'
    identifier_field: slug
    label: 'News'
    folder: 'content/news'
        media_folder: ''
        public_folder: ''
      - label: "Image"
        name: "image"
        widget: "file"
        required: false
        media_folder: ''
        public_folder: ''

As I understand, the uploaded image should go on the content/news repository, but they continue to go on static/media/news folder.

Thank you for your help.
