Failed attempt to renew TLS certificate, including manaul renew button

Issue: SSL/TLS certificate, certificate renewal incomplete: missing domains watchlightstudio.com
Certificate: Let’s Encrypt

Domains: watchlightstudio.com, www.watchlightstudio.com

Yesterday I got a note about my TLS certificate having failed to renew. I was prompted to manually “renew certificate,” which I selected. The option has now disappeared from Netlify but the error persists. The troubleshooting document gave an example that was very close to my current case and suggested I reach out to the forums.

I haven’t changed anything on the domain management service side (Porkbun), so it sounds like a bug.

I’ve resolved this on my own. Apologies for bothering. In case helpful for others, I originally had an “A” DNS type pointed at 75.2.60.5 when I setup the service last year, but this was throwing some issue.

Removing the “A” pointer with a ALIAS towards apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com resolved the issue.
