Extra component gets rendered but after refresh it doesn't show

I am rendering a list of posts. There are total of 4 posts to be rendered.
when the website loads the first time an extra component of post gets rendered with no text, but after the refresh, the extra component doesn’t show up.

It occurs only on netlify.
