Do you want to add your custom cert to that domain? If this is what you mean you can do so following the instructions here: HTTPS (SSL) | Netlify Docs

If you want to generate a cert for a new domain you’ll need to wait 48 hours for propagation before it automatically generates. If it has not be 48 hours please reach back out after that alloted time so I can investigate further.

We want the latter, that is a certificate to be generated for the new domain.
