My production deploys are blocked with “JSONHTTPError: Forbidden” when running netlify deploy --prod, and the dashboard shows “Production deploys are paused because your team has used all of its available credits for this billing cycle.” This matches other reports of a stale “credit usage exceeded” flag blocking free-plan deploys (see: “Free plan - production deploys blocked by stale credit usage exceeded flag”). Could a staff member please check and reset this on my account?
