# Error: DOMAIN NAME or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team

My Site Name: [insmall.netlify.app](https://insmall.netlify.app/)  
My Domain: [insmallusa.com](http://insmallusa.com)

I have recently switched to a new Netlify account and have already closed the other one. I did not know I needed to remove all my domain names manually and now I have the error message: “[insmallusa.com](http://insmallusa.com) or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.” What can I do about this? Can I prove my ownership somehow?

The domain has been removed from the other account.
