The issue here is the same as that in Build.command failed, "Command failed with exit code 254: CI= npm run build" of which the solution is offered in post #2.
The only difference is instead of nft-minting-app-main the directory in the repository you are deploying is hashlips_nft_minting_dapp-1.0.1.
