Email log in: no user associated

Greetings:

I tried to login to my Netflify account and message says “no email address associated.” I then tried to create new account on Netlify and message said, “email already assciated with user.”

I then created an account for Support forum and tried to use that and it didn’t work. Any ideas?

I can see that you are logged in. Can you confirm the email you are trying to login with?
