Downgrade from pro to starter declined

I’m trying to downgrade from the pro to the starter plan, but I get an error: “transaction declined”.

What can I do to make it work?

The address is info@joaquimsellas.com. As I was encountering this error, I was unable to upgrade and now they’re trying to charge 19€, but I was trying to prevent that. I hope you can help. Thank you!

Hi @marnau, I’ve removed the $19 charge from your account and you should now be able to successfully downgrade to starter. Let me know if you’re still experiencing issues.
