Domains can’t be registered through Netlify

Hello,

I’m attempting to set up Netlify DNS for my domain jjengenhariaoficial.com.br. I understand that .com.br domains cannot be registered directly through Netlify, but since I already own the domain, I tried following the steps to delegate it to Netlify.

However, when I attempt to proceed with the setup, I encounter an issue stating that the information must be in the format of IPv4 or IPv6. I’m unsure how to move forward with this and would appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue.

Nameservers cannot be IPv4 or IPv6. Sounds like something GoDaddy should help you configure as I’m not familiar with how their UI works.

IPv4 address is required for A records and we have that if you need it: Configure external DNS for a custom domain | Netlify Docs

Not sure what you’re asking for. Did you try asking GoDaddy for help with configuring this?
