Hi Netlify Team,
I’m trying to add my custom domain [amoeba.org.in] to my new site,
but I’m getting an “Access Denied” error.
Background:
- The domain was previously connected to my old Netlify account
(email: sarithasirikonda997@gmail.com), which I have since deleted. - I created a new Netlify account and deployed my project there.
- I no longer have access to the old account.
- My new site is: [https://wonderful-semolina-221ecf.netlify.app/\]
I own this domain and manage DNS through GoDaddy. I have added a TXT
verification record (verified-for-netlify) pointing to my new site
to confirm ownership.
Could someone please manually release this domain from the deleted
account so I can add it to my new site?
