Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to add my custom domain glamroombyroshni.in to my new Netlify team setup, but I am getting the error: “managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I no longer have access to the old account where it was configured. I have pointed my domain back to BigRock’s default nameservers and added the required verification TXT record to prove ownership.
Please completely delete the old DNS Zone and release this domain from the old account/team so I can add it to my new project. Thank you!
