Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to add my custom domain apostoloswaterproof.com.ng to my new Netlify project, but I am getting the error: “apostoloswaterproof.com.ng or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I previously had this domain set up on an older Netlify project that I have since deleted, so I cannot access that old team to remove the stale DNS zone.
My current Netlify site URL is: apostolosbarber.netlify.app
Note: My domain is registered on WhoGoHost (as a pure domain registration without a cPanel hosting plan), so I do not have a built-in interface to create a verification TXT record on my DNS manager. Please let me know what alternative proof of ownership you need from me (such as a screenshot of my WhoGoHost client area domain invoice or management page) so you can manually clear and release the old DNS zone from your backend.
