Domain stuck on another team – cannot add to new account

Hi,

I’m trying to add my domain to a new Netlify account, but I get this error:

“filmsubzone.com.lk or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”

Details:

  • Domain: filmsubzone.com.lk
  • Old team slug: saneruthisadara224
  • I previously added this domain to a site and removed the site, but the domain seems to still be attached.

I currently cannot remove it or access the old configuration.

Could you please release this domain from the old team so I can use it in my new account?
