Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domain “novago.info” to my new Netlify team, but I am receiving the error: “novago.info or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The previous account and team associated with this domain have been deleted, but the DNS zone seems to be stuck in your database.
I have already added the required TXT verification record (“verified-for-netlify”) in my Hostinger DNS settings, which you can verify. Could you please manually release/remove this domain from the old system so I can use it on my new account?
