Hi, I need help with a suspended Netlify team/account that was being used for my business website, prestigemargincollective.com.
I believed this was a free account and I do not want to upgrade to a paid plan. The old team is currently suspended, so I cannot access the project to manage or remove my custom domain.
I have created a new Netlify site on the Free plan, but when I try to add prestigemargincollective.com, I receive the message that the domain or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
I own and control prestigemargincollective.com and can verify ownership through my domain provider/DNS if necessary.
Can you please help me either:
- Restore access to the suspended team on the Free plan without requiring a paid upgrade, or
- Release prestigemargincollective.com from the suspended team so I can connect it to my new Free Netlify site?
My new Netlify site is currently working at gleaming-selkie-6e3a73.netlify.app.
