Domain/SSL issues after nameserver migration — ponyleads.com

Site name: ubiquitous-nougat-83b6d3.netlify.app

Custom domain: ponyleads.com (and www.ponyleads.com)

Issue: DNS/SSL inconsistency after migrating nameservers to Netlify from an external registrar (Northwest Registered Agent).

What’s happening:

  • ponyleads.com (apex) now resolves correctly and shows as verified on external DNS checkers (whatsmydns.net) — nearly all locations check out.
  • www.ponyleads.com is NOT showing as resolved consistently on the same checker, even though the apex domain is fine.
  • The site intermittently fails to load in regular (non-incognito) browser windows on some devices/networks — specifically getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN — even after DNS cache flushes at the OS level (ipconfig /flushdns on Windows, dscacheutil -flushcache on Mac) and clearing browser-level DNS/socket caches in both Chrome and Safari. It loads correctly in private/incognito windows and on cellular data, suggesting something beyond local caching may be involved.
  • I also manually triggered a DNS/certificate re-verification in the dashboard at one point, after which the domain briefly showed “propagating” again.

What I need help with:

  1. Confirming the SSL certificate has fully issued and is valid for both ponyleads.com and www.ponyleads.com
  2. Confirming both domain records are in a stable, verified state on your end
  3. Any explanation for the apex-vs-www discrepancy, or the browser-specific loading failures persisting after cache clears

I checked Ask Netlify and the support guides before posting but didn’t find anything matching this specific apex/www + browser-caching combination, so posting here for a closer look at the account directly.

Thanks for your help!
