Hi,
I’m trying to add my custom domain solarium-energy.co.il to my project solarium-site (team: yonatanbengiat’s team).
Netlify blocks it with:
solarium-energy.co.il or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
The same error appears for www.solarium-energy.co.il and for any subdomain I try.
I own this domain. It is registered at BOX (box.co.il) and its current nameservers are ns1.box-dns.com, ns2.box-dns.com, ns3.box-dns.com — it has never been on Netlify DNS as far as I know. My team’s DNS page is empty, and I only have one Netlify account/team.
Could you please release the orphaned DNS zone so I can add the domain to my project? I don’t need Netlify DNS — I will point external DNS records at Netlify.
