Hi,
I’m trying to add my domain gaelleboone.com to my project, currently live at https://gaelleboone.netlify.app/ (team: gaelle-c-boone’s team), and I get the error “This domain already has an owner. Please contact the site owner.”
The domain doesn’t appear anywhere in my account. It’s not listed as a custom domain on any project, and I only have one project in this team.
Some context that might explain it: this domain was previously managed directly through a Netlify DNS zone on this same account. I have since moved DNS management to Namecheap (nameservers changed, domain now uses Namecheap BasicDNS). I suspect the old Netlify DNS zone was never properly released when I made that switch, and it’s still internally associated with my account, blocking me from adding the domain to my current project.
Could you please check my account for an orphaned DNS zone or domain reservation tied to gaelleboone.com, and release it so I can add the domain to my current project?
