Hi, I previously had this domain blocked from being added with the error “prasadandco.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.” I added a verified-for-netlify TXT record to prove ownership (as instructed in your docs/forum guidance), and after that the error went away and I was able to add the domain successfully.
However, since then the domain keeps disappearing from my project’s Domain Management page on its own, a few hours after I re-add it. There’s no forwarding rule or conflicting DNS record on my end anymore — I’ve already:
- Removed a GoDaddy domain forwarding rule that was pointing prasadandco.in → www.prasadandco.in
- Removed a stray _domainconnect CNAME record
- Confirmed my A record (@ → 75.2.60.5) and CNAME (www → prasadandco.netlify.app) are correct and unchanged
Despite this, the domain keeps getting silently removed from my site’s domain list after being added. This suggests there may still be a leftover/orphaned claim on this domain from the earlier conflict that wasn’t fully cleared on your backend.
Could someone take a look and confirm whether prasadandco.in is still linked to any old/orphaned DNS zone or team on Netlify’s side? Happy to provide any additional verification needed.
