Domain reclaim: lp.yourh.com.br is registered on another team's site, blocking my custom domain setup

Hi Netlify team,

I’m trying to add lp.yourh.com.br as a custom domain to my project lp-yourh (team: trafego-f0vyhz4), but the domain is already claimed by another Netlify site owned by a previous contractor whose team I don’t have access to.

Ownership evidence:

  • The apex domain yourh.com.br is owned by our company (YouRH). I have full DNS control via our Cloudflare zone.
  • I have already published two DNS records confirming DNS control:
    1. TXT subdomain-owner-verification.lp.yourh.com.br = 5b2892fdadf5cefecf41a82bcabc660f (the one Netlify requested when I tried to add the domain)
    2. CNAME lp.yourh.com.br → lp-yourh.netlify.app (already pointing to my site)

Both records are propagated (verifiable via dig from 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, or dnschecker.org).

Confirmation the domain is stuck on another site:

When I request YouRH | Plataforma de Gestão de Pessoas · Avaliação, T&D e Desenvolvimento , Netlify serves content from the OTHER team’s site, not from lp-yourh — even though the CNAME points to lp-yourh.netlify.app. The other site is missing our tracking snippet and Edge Functions. Requesting the same path directly on https://lp-yourh.netlify.app/dia-do-rh/ returns the correct content. This is consistent with the domain being registered as a custom domain on another team’s project.

The Add subdomain flow returns an error in my dashboard when I try to add lp.yourh.com.br to my project (screenshot attached / see below).

What I need:

Please release/transfer lp.yourh.com.br from the current team’s Netlify project so I can add it to lp-yourh. I have no contact with the previous contractor to request removal from their side. I control DNS and can prove ownership through any additional verification you require (arbitrary TXT record at any name under yourh.com.br, etc.).
