We have a problem with domain name.
Few days ago we have changed developer, and previous developer relocate the site to our account, but forgot (maybe=)) about the domain name.
Our domain name (third-dimension.studio) for the “https://fascinating-snickerdoodle-f8a1e1.netlify.app” has registered in our previous developer account and now we can’t to use this domain name in our account, because Netlify says that domain name already uses other user. We don’t have a connection with previous developer (none of messenger or phone). Could you help us in this problem, please.

Hey there, this is happening because the custom domain you’re trying to use already exists on Netlify under a different account.
If you’re not sure who the owner of the site is, please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.

Your second support specialist already delete our domain from other account and we have register domain name in our account, thanks. But we have one more problem.
After registering we set Netlify DNS names in external domain registrar which provide to us this domain name.
In Netlify admin-panel domain name presents like registered in netlify DN:
but when I go on https://third-dimension.studio - its doesn’t work, browser shows message " This site can’t be reached DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN", but https://fascinating-snickerdoodle-f8a1e1.netlify.app is available.
