Hi Netlify community,
I’m reaching out because I’m completely stuck and have received no response to my support ticket after several days.
I purchased the domain maisonjameel.com through Netlify. My project was disabled due to free tier credit limits. Since then, I have lost all access to my domain settings — the domain management pages return blank, and the original project is no longer visible.
I contacted Name.com (your registrar partner) directly via live chat, but they refused to help, stating they can only assist the Netlify account holder, not end customers.
I am now unable to:
- Access my domain settings
- Change my nameservers
- Request an EPP transfer code
My domain is valid until June 2027. I am not asking for hosting — I just need access to my domain that I paid for.
Has anyone faced this situation and found a solution? Is there a Netlify team member who can help escalate this?
