My domain **lna-ci.com** (registered through Netlify on Mar 18, 2023) has been showing “Auto-renews today for $16.99/year” for the past 3 days, but no payment has been processed and no invoice has been generated.
- Auto-renewal has been stuck on “today” since ~March 9, 2026
- Payment method on file: Mastercard ending in **** (valid)
- Billing page shows: “No domain purchases or renewals charged in this billing period yet”
- No failed payment email received
The domain appears to be expiring but the auto-renewal system is not triggering the charge. Could you please investigate and manually process the renewal, or advise on how to fix this?
