Unable to use my domain. I had to reset my DNS settings because my email was not working on Namecheap. Got that working BUT it disconnected my site from netlify. It was working great! But now it’s stuck in a zone of a team I deleted trying to free it. I just need to be able to use my domain! Please help. Its very important my website get back to operational.

pls what can i do ,and i just opened a netlify accout today ,so i dont know why it says ithe domain is managed by another team

starms-catering.rf.gd is the domain
