I’m facing an issue with a domain/DNS configuration on Netlify and I’m wondering if someone has already experienced the same thing.
A little over a week ago, I created a team on Netlify. I later deleted this team by mistake. The problem is that one of my domains seems to still be attached to this deleted team.
Since then, I haven’t been able to reuse or properly configure this domain on my current account/team. It looks like the domain/DNS is still locked somewhere in Netlify’s system, but because the team has been deleted, I can’t access it anymore or remove/reset the configuration myself.
I already contacted Netlify support several times about this issue, but I haven’t received a clear solution yet. I also upgraded my account hoping to get better support, but the issue is still unresolved for now.
Has anyone here already had a domain stuck on a deleted team?
Is there any way to manually release or reset the domain/DNS configuration from my side, or does this absolutely need to be handled by Netlify support?
Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
