Domain conflict: please detach wesellitagency.com from project feedback-wesellit so I can reattach to project wesellit

Hi Netlify Support,

I need help releasing a custom domain from one of my projects so I can attach it to another. Both projects are on the same account/team (Wesellit Agency).

Source project (please detach from): feedback-wesellit
Domain to detach: wesellitagency.com and www.wesellitagency.com
Destination project (please leave alone — I’ll attach it myself once detached): wesellit

Important: the alias feedback.wesellitagency.com should remain attached to feedback-wesellit — clients use that subdomain for an active survey.

What I’ve tried: Set alias as primary, Remove domain on the apex, Verify DNS configuration. All blocked by “We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes.” The cert can’t actually provision because the apex DNS at my registrar (Hover) was never pointed at Netlify (it’s still on Hover parking IPs 31.43.160.6 / 31.43.161.6). Each attempt to change domains re-triggers cert provisioning, re-engaging the lock. Classic deadlock.

Could a staff member force-detach wesellitagency.com and www.wesellitagency.com from feedback-wesellit? Thanks!
