Domain anvesllionhealthcare.com or One of Its Subdomains is Already Managed by Netlify DNS on Another Team

Hello Netlify Team,

I am currently facing an issue while trying to add my domain anvesllionhealthcare.com (or one of its subdomains) to my Netlify account. I am receiving the following error:

“One of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I understand that this means the domain or subdomain is currently managed by a different Netlify account/team, and I need to release it in order to add it to my own account.

Steps I’ve Taken:

  1. I have already added a TXT record with the name verified-for-netlify in the DNS settings as instructed for domain verification. The value of the TXT record is a public link to my domain.
  2. I would appreciate it if you could help me release the subdomain so I can proceed with adding it to my account and manage it through Netlify DNS.
