Domain and SSL problem

The problem I am encountering is related to the SSL certificate for my domain. When attempting to access my website, I receive the following error message: “This server could not prove that it is devcristian.com.ar; its security certificate is from *.netlify.app. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting the connection.”

I want to assure you that I have verified the following points:

  1. The domain devcristian.com.ar is correctly pointing to my website hosted on Netlify.
  2. HTTPS is enabled for my site in the Netlify control panel.

Despite these verifications, the SSL certificate error persists across all devices I use to access my website.

I have already tried clearing the cache of my browsers and waiting for some time to see if the issue resolves itself. However, the problem persists.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this SSL certificate issue. As the security and privacy of my website visitors are of utmost importance, I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

If there is any specific information you need from me or further troubleshooting steps you recommend, please let me know, and I will be more than willing to provide the necessary details.

This was resolved back in June: Problem with my own domain - Support - Netlify Support Forums. How did you land in the same situation again?

Also, your site appears to be working fine by the way. If it’s not working correctly for you, that sounds like a local config issue. Try using a different device/network or a VPN.

yes! i saw the post few minutes later and solved the problem. thanks!
