Hi, i loaded my website using astro, i bought the domain from ovh and wanted to use my domain instead of netlify.app when i go into domain wheter the site settings or the “account” domain i get that error, and cannot go further. Can you help? I did try to put dns such as verified for netlify and others but seems no actual difference.

If you have some idea of who might be using the domain (maybe a previous collaborator or an agency you’ve worked with in the past?), the quickest way to get this resolved is for you to contact that person directly and ask them to remove the domain from their account here:
