Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to add my domain koos.cl to my Netlify project, but it says it’s already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
Please note that since this is a .cl domain managed via NIC Chile, it is not technically possible for me to create TXT records directly on the registrar, because NIC Chile only handles NS delegation.
I am the legal owner of the domain (koos.cl). Could you please check my account or advise how we can bypass the TXT verification so you can release the orphaned DNS zone from the other team?
