Hi Netlify Support Team, I am trying to add my custom domain mooncid.com to my new Netlify site, but I am blocked by the error: “mooncid.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.” The domain seems to be trapped on an old, inaccessible account backend. To prove my ownership, I have pointed my domain back to GoDaddy and successfully added a custom TXT verification record with the host name “verified-for-netlify” pointing to my new account email: nellurivinay1902@gmail.com. Please verify this record and purge mooncid.com from your system backend so I can link it to my new project. Thank you!
