Domain "already managed by Netlify DNS on another team" — need DNS zone released

Hi, I need help releasing a stale DNS zone for my domain.

Domain: vistashinedetailing.com
My team: vistashinedetailingsa
My project: strong-lamington-23435e

I keep getting the error “vistashinedetailing.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team” when trying to add the domain to my project.

Steps I’ve already taken:

  • Checked my DNS page at Netlify — no zones listed
  • Added a TXT verification record to my domain DNS
  • Updated my A record to point to 75.2.60.5 (Netlify’s IP)
  • Domain is currently showing a Netlify 404 page confirming it’s hitting Netlify

The domain is registered through Wix. I own and manage it. Please release the stale DNS zone so I can attach vistashinedetailing.com to my project strong-lamington-23435e on team vistashinedetailingsa.

Bumping this — still unresolved after 24 hours. The domain vistashinedetailing.com is actively pointing to Netlify’s IP (75.2.60.5) and showing a Netlify 404 page, meaning real customers cannot reach our business website right now.
