# Domain already managed by Netlify DNS on another team: karimcars.com

Hi Netlify Support Team,

I am trying to add my custom domain `karimcars.com` to my new Netlify account/project, but I am continuously getting this error: “[karimcars.com](http://karimcars.com) or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I have full administrative access to this domain at my registrar (ExonHost). I can provide any TXT verification record if required to prove my ownership, but currently, the Netlify UI is not showing any verification option; it just blocks me with the error.

Could you please manually verify my ownership or release the DNS zone of `karimcars.com` from the old/other team so that I can link it to my current project?
