Hi Netlify Support Team, I am trying to add my custom domain m-garden.co.il to my new Netlify site symphonious-flan-ba74f6.netlify.app. However, I am getting the error: “Another project is already using this domain”. Unfortunately, I have completely lost access to my old Netlify account where this domain was previously configured, so I cannot log in to
delete it. Since my nameservers currently point to Netlify from the old setup, I am unable to add a TXT verification record at my registrar (JetServer). To prove my ownership, I have attached a screenshot of my official registrar dashboard showing my personal details (Meron Vagman) and account configuration. Could you please help me release the domain from the old account so I can use it on my new site? Thank you!
