Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to connect my domain signalatlas.work.gd to my Netlify site signal-atlas-news.netlify.app.
When I try to add the custom domain in Netlify, I receive this error:
“work.gd or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I obtained and control the domain signalatlas.work.gd through DNSExit, and I have access to its DNS control panel and can add/modify DNS records.
I have not intentionally configured this domain with another Netlify team.
Could you please help me verify ownership of the domain and release/remove the conflicting Netlify DNS zone so that I can connect signalatlas.work.gd to my Netlify site?
I can add any TXT verification record you require to my DNSExit DNS panel.
