New Netlify site: https://aincreativesofficial.netlify.app
I own aincreatives.com and control its DNS through Tasjeel. The domain was previously connected to a former website developer’s Netlify team, which I cannot access.
When I try to add the domain to my new Netlify project, I receive this error:
“aincreatives.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Please provide the exact DNS TXT record required to verify my ownership and release the domain from the previous Netlify team so I can connect it to my current project.
The domain uses Zoho Mail, so its existing MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email-verification records must remain unchanged. I also want to keep managing DNS externally through Tasjeel.
