Hello,
I am trying to add my domain nisa-platform.com to my new Netlify account, but I keep getting the error: “managed by Netlify DNS by another team”.
I have already deleted the domain and its DNS zone from my old Netlify account, but it seems stuck. To prove my ownership, I have successfully added the verified-for-netlify TXT record in my Namecheap DNS settings pointing to my new site.
Could you please manually release/free the domain from the system so I can link it to my new project?
