Domain alias added and configured but not working

Domain alias added to the main site and configured with Netlify DNS, also it got validated but when I am trying to open the alias url, it is not working

I’m not showing that the domain alias sales.rtbanalytica.com, has been added to the site with the domain rtbanalytica.com. I’m looking at the site here.

Additionally, I do see that you have Netlify DNS configured, for rtbanalytica.com, you also have External DNS configured for both rtbanalytica.com and www. rtbanalytica.com :

You’ll only want to configure either Netlify DNS or External DNS, not both. We recommend removing the A Record for rtbanalytica.com that points to 75.2.60.5 and the CNAME Record for www.rtbanalytica.com that points to rtbanalytica-home.netlify.app.
