I am trying to add my custom domain, virtualeinsteins.co.ke, to my site but I am receiving the error: “virtualeinsteins.co.ke or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I have successfully added the verification TXT record to my domain registrar. Here are the details:
- Custom Domain: virtualeinsteins.co.ke
- Netlify Site Name/ID: super-muffin-0c1da2.netlify.app
- TXT Record Host: verified-for-netlify.virtualeinsteins.co.ke
- TXT Record Value: https://netlify.com
Could you please verify my ownership and release the domain from the old team/account?
